Mr. Fred Tumwine Nkuruho has a strong combination of technical and socio-economic expertise in transport and safety management with over fifteen (15) years of experience in the implementation of government and private sector programs.
He has also worked with various development partners such as the: World Bank, DFID, DANIDA, European Union, Ukaid and others in physical infrastructure projects in both rural and urban areas of Uganda.
Cuthbert holds a Bachelors’ Degree in building and civil Engineering from Kyambogo University, Higher Diploma in Construction and Ordinary Diploma in Architectural Draftsmanship from Uganda Polytechnic Kyambogo.
Cuthbert is a Technologist Member of Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers (UIPE). Mr. Cuthbert comes with a wealth of experience in buildings and civil engineering with Shelter Plan Associates and Infrastructure Design Forum as an Architectural Draftsman, National Housing and Construction Corporation as a maintenance officer, Kabarole and Kyenjojo District as Supervisor of Works and District Engineer.
He has also served as head of several performance committees in the District Councils.

I am a creative and dedicated Monitoring and Evaluation Fellow with competence in Monitoring & Evaluation, Program/Project implementation, Information sharing/Report Writing, Data Analysis, Support supervision, Teaching/mentoring, team building among others. I am a dependable professional, with possession of good interpersonal communication and analytical planning skills, demonstrable capability to appropriately handle defined tasks with minimum supervision.
I have had exposure on participating in planning, Monitoring & Evaluation for both Governmental and Non-Governmental organizations, and working with several development partners. I have undertaken challenging tasks for over 10 years including programmatic and administrative roles such as Monitoring and Evaluation officer – NAFOPHANU (National Forum for People Living with HIV/AIDS Networks in Uganda, Monitoring and Evaluation officer – FRI (Family Rescue Initiative Uganda), Monitoring and Evaluation officer – Directorate of HIV/AIDS – UPDF, Project Manager – DREAMS Project implemented by FRI in Army schools of Mubende and Gulu districts; among others.
She holds a Master’s degree in sociology of Makerere University and a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Social Sciences from Kyambogo University and From July 2011 to August 2013. I worked with the Aids Control Programme, Ministry of Health as a social scientist trainee where I was primarily responsible for data collection and entry, training of trainers in districts around the country on HIV/AIDS and stake holder mobilization. In September 2013, I joined Occupational Safety and Health Institute Africa as a Part time trainer on Social and cross cutting issues including Gender where I was in charge of Stake holder mobilization and training of communities in areas where OSHEIA is operating to ensure awareness in as far as Health and Safety, HIV/AIDS is concerned, capacity building and strengthening, research studies and surveys etc.
Responsible for stake holder mobilization and sensitization, community mobilization and sensitization including hosting talk shows on radio, training of contractor staff on social and cross cutting issues including gender, grievance management, monthly reporting of issues affecting community, attending site meetings, responsible for Planning and carrying out social impact studies in line with the roads and bridges directorate work plan, identifying and developing programs to work with key stakeholders ( NEMA, NFA, Local Governments, Political Leaders, and affected communities) to ensure timely acquisition of Right of Way and that the roads are sustained, stake holder mobilization and sensitization, community mobilization and sensitization including hosting talk shows on radio, training of contractor staff on social and cross cutting issues including gender, grievance management, monthly reporting of issues affecting community and attending site, actively monitor the implementation of social management plans for construction projects in line with the company performance agreement standards and monitor and evaluate road works and ensure social concerns are properly addressed among other activities.

Ronald has 11 year of experience In the management of Health and Safety especially training, monitoring, supervising and auditing contractors of Construction and Transport industry.
